Good evening. Its time again for five minutes of Horror, the radio show show that will give you goosebumps and rattle your mind. Sit back and don't relax.
Music: EERIE THEME
Announcer: THEY CAME BY NIGHT! Designed to free you from the four walls of today for five minutes of HORROR!
Music: "MIDNIGHT AT THE TOP OF THE STAIRS"...
Announcer: You're standing in inky blackness- looking up a long flight of stairs, at the top lurks something hideous and unbelievably evil. Out of the moving shadows, creeping closer is the shadowy figure of something that could only come from a nightmare!
(Music stops abruptly)
Announcer : Listen now as I bring you Ian's terrifying 5 minute horror story,
"THEY CAME BY NIGHT!"
Sounds: (Jaws theme music!...)
Narrator: One stormy, humid night Ryan and his wife, Jenna, both wake up to a screaming boom of thunder. (Sounds: Lound thunder and lightning)
Music : OUT
Jenna: Babe is everything okay you jumped up and scared me!
Ryan : Yeah, i was just having a nightmare... I think...
Narrator: What Ryan didnt realize is that the nightmare he thinks is over, has just begun.
(Sounds : deep voice "Moo hoo haha") The electricity is out and Ryan decides to head outside to check the breaker.
Ryan: (click click) I think the power is out, this lamp isn't turning on. Im gonna go check the breaker outside.
Jenna: NO!! Thats a bad idea.. (Sound: glass shattering) WHAT WAS THAT?!
Narrator: Something evil haunts Ryans and Jenna's living room. Ryan stands up to be the man and see what is happening. Jenna followa cautiously
Ryan : (whispering) I dunno... sshhh don't say a word.
(He walks into the living room cautiously)
Music : (Theme music from "Halloween")
Sounds: (shoes walking on a wood floor)
Jenna: Oh my God! Ryan what is that?!
Music: Stops abruptly
Ryan: What are you talking about? HOLY CRAP! AHHHH...
(Sounds: Silence!)
Narrator: A large dark figure appearing to be over 8 feet tall is running towards them... Could this be the eerie noises lurking around the couples home?
I like how your script is like one of those old horror movies from back in day. however it was a little predictable but overall you did a great job!
ReplyDeleteThe story got to the point and was definetly horrifying. More details would have made it much more intense. The picture is amazing.
